I am responsible for all of the "front end" tasks of the business. Sales, marketing, customer care, client web site design and content management. My out going personality and genuine interest in people and what they do for a living makes this part of my job interesting. My artistic bent allows me to enjoy the design aspect of this work as well as excell in it.

Web Developer
-2001-Using an iterative approach, helped define the user requirements
for the web interfaces for a number of new projects within the OpenSRS
system. Proceeded to design the look and feel, the process flow,
and the navigation for the projects, then implemented the system
in perl/CGI using a templating system and a team of developers.
Achieving the goal of clear, intuitive, attractive web interfaces
which load quickly thereby reducing customer support and help desk
costs for the company.

Web Master /Designer /Developer
-2000- Anchored a team of 8 to bring a significant Customer Care
web site project in on time and under budget. Was responsible for
solving all human computer interface issues, creating and implementing
the look and feel of the site and the development of the initial
user requirements.
-1999- Designed and developed PHP3 software to dynamically generate
the entire web site including the automatic generation of all menus,
links and navigational images. This allowed for drastic site-wide
changes to be achieved with only a few lines of code, greatly increasing
the speed of update while keeping the costs of maintaining a large
marketing web site well within the marketing departments budget.
-1998- Completely redesigned and overhauled the existing marketing
web site, moving away from a frames-based solution to a SSI-based
architecture, installed search engine, and statistics gathering
software.
SUN MICROSYSTEMS CANADA, Markham, Ontario 1997 - 1998
Web Master / Systems Engineer
Created the entire intranet site including the functional analysis
and business case assessment, along with the processes and procedures
for posting and maintaining content. Designed the look and feel,
and all graphical elements on the site. Developed all of the interactivity
of the site in Perl / CGI.

Researched and developed a process whereby clothing patterns could
be designed and custom-fitted to an individual client through computer
technology. Developed a business plan for the franchising of such
a system. This business plan is available for confidential examination
upon request.

Sole proprietorship in the custom-design and creation of women's
wear. Developed an excellent reputation and local repeat clientele
of over 200 clients.
CANDACE ANGORAS, Lindsay, Ontario 1983 - 1988
Sole proprietorship involved with the import, export and production
of couture-quality Angora sweaters.
Ontario Angora Producers Association 1984...
- Founded the Ontario Angora Producers Association to fulfill the
needs of the unorganized Angora production cottage industry. Served
as President and Chairperson for the first 5 years and instrumental
in establishing the vision and business processes that have allowed
